To Our Baby Boy,
Here I am. Wanting more than anything to write the most amazing letter for you to hold dear to your heart for the rest of your life and for once, I don't even know where to begin. I can assure you that it won't be long until that letter comes though.
Right now, my heart is skipping a few beats just thinking about you. The only thing I really can promise to you is that you will be loved beyond loved. And not just by your Mommy and Daddy. I couldn't even begin to tell you how many people cried tears of joy when they heard that you would be joining our family. That would be double for your Mommy, by the way.
I couldn't possibly have enough words to tell you what having a son means to us. A son! A little boy and little brother! There goes my heart just one more time. Your entire family is waiting anxiously to meet you and see what you have in store for us.
Since we haven't met yet, I can only provide you with this promise. You are about to join a family who can't wait to love you and provide you with the most happiness and great experiences you will ever know. Elaina is going to be the best big sister to you and an incredible example of the love in our family. While your Mommy and Daddy have never had 2 children to care for before, I can assure you that you will never get overlooked, your needs will always be met and you will always have your own special place in our hearts. You are about to join a family who wants to give you the world and the most warm and tender hugs and kisses ever made. I want to carve a special place in the world for you to become the best at whatever you want to be. You will be entitled to abundant love and excessive happiness as our son.
The countdown is on. This Mommy and Daddy will be up at 5 a.m tomorrow to await your arrival at 7:00. I want nothing more to hold you in my arms and look into your eyes, knowing that your Daddy and I are prepared to keep every promise to you for the rest of your life.
My dear son, I'm already in love with you.
Love,
Mommy

Bone of my Bone,

you didn't grow under my Heart , but in it."
